I put this horse up the last day and he has seemed to find the transition to grass more difficult than his pedigree suggests. He ran ok at Newmarket but his trainer is convinced of his talent. I am going in again here with hope that he can improve for experience and at least run into a place here

Won the Wood Ditton and then progressed throughout the year with a promising run at York and then found The Derby a step too far. Ended the year with a nice win at Windsor. Trainer is a genius improving horses as they get older and this horse could be in for a great season

At this time of year 2yo's having shown form against unraced horses tend to have an edge. The Actor ran at Newmarket and though getting a bit unbalanced in the dip ran on resolutely closing all the way to the line with Al Qudra in behind. I can't see that rival turning the form round and Buick rides the stables unraced horse here anyway. I think The Actir can use his experience here and gain his first win

She seems to be drifting however that could have more to do with City of Troy's display rather than her chances here. Out of Frankel she is sure to have improved over the winter and her form is bang there with the best in this field Has run well both times at this track and for me she should be fav for the race

This horse holds an entry in the Group 1 Commonwealth Cup and though his form is not as good as some of his opponents he has form on softer ground that he will encounter here. At 9/1 he is another at an e/w price could outrun his odds and if he is to run at Royal Ascot he needs to win or show up well here. Done well over the winter the trainer is happy with him to appear here

All the talk since he ran as a 2yo has been that City of Troy is the new Frankel and will win every race he runs in. However Rosallion is no slouch and Hannon is oozing confidence about him. Every time he speaks the glint in his eye is very noticeable. Apparently has wintered well and is working all over the other horses in the stable. Agreed Hannon probably doesn't have the quality of horse Aiden has to judge him against but at 11/2 he is an e/w steal and better odds than City of Troy to win. Must finish in the top three and with Aidens stable not as hot as it could be this could be the day to get this red hot prospect beaten.

The saying "Group horse in a handicap" is overused by many people however in some cases it is true. Torito won a handicap at Epsom last season and finished the season fourth in a Group 3. Starts the season running in another handicap against horses even at 3/4 fitness he should beat. This could be a big season for this horse and I am hoping for the best start to it here

Filly out of Frankel and trainer states she loves the Newmarket course. Gets weight today and ground should be no issue. Meant to have strengthened over the winter she could simply be better than the horses she faces today
